Going back to our roots.

Some tracks that showcase our rich Filipino mythology, made by DevelUP's rwenrwen.

The following are themed around "Philippine mythos", In this project, I tried to explore native and ethnic musical styles of the Philippines, I found out that most contain dynamic and unconventional rhytmic styles and so I wanted to pattern the tracks to it, I tried to imitate native percussive instruments such as the kulintang and similar non-pitched percussions and made it in a melodic manner. I've also added touch of vocals as I think it would feel more immersive. Although the elements feel native, I've also added creative influences from other styles and made it feel like you're playing a "hack n slash" game.
